The Spectrum Capital Group, LLC is a Rhode Island-based investment and merchant
banking firm with a national practice. Spectrum's partners have had principal
responsibility for completing dozens of transactions over the past twenty years as both
investment bankers and investors. These
transactions, in the fields of corporate finance,
municipal finance, mergers & acquisitions,
corporate reorganizations, and venture capital
total several billion dollars in aggregate value.

the gamut from pure equity to mezzanine instruments, and up to senior secured debt.
Our assignments have ranged from assisting start up companies to billion dollar

reorganizations and mergers & acquisitions, are widely regarded as having been
innovative, unique and difficult to accomplish.

Since 1996, The Spectrum Capital Group has been using an investment-driven
approach to assist its clients in crisply defining strategy by discerning alternative means
of maximizing corporate value. Spectrum then assists its clients by executing
transactions that allow its clients to unlock and realize that value. Working with its
clients’ other professionals, particularly accountants and attorneys, Spectrum fosters a

In certain cases, Spectrum also acts as a merchant banker, co-investing alongside its
clients and other investors. Generally, Spectrum will undertake a principal’s role when
one of its partners has a strong base of knowledge and experience in the client's
industry and where the firm believes that the client will benefit significantly from Spectrum’
s ongoing involvement at the Board level. Our investment approach is one of
